Pupa takes you on your own safari with the new Savanna summer make-up collection: characterised by tones of khaki and scorched earth, with shades of tobacco and rust which enhance skin kissed by the summer sun. These tones evoke the heat of the Savannah, with its scorching ground and dusty rocks. The textures of the Savanna products are perfect for summer: lightweight and creamy, with a metallic finish and a surprising sensory feel.
How do I wear my make-up in summer? For summer 2017, Giorgio Forgani explains how to use the Savanna collection to focus on eye make-up using the SAVANNA DUO EYES TWIST UP, which contains kajal, eyeliner & eyeshadow in a single product, along with the pure-light effect SAVANNA 3D GOLD EYESHADOW. We create the eye make-up base using the SAVANNA DUO EYES TWIST UP eyeshadow stick in Safari Khaki, that we apply along the upper lash line. We then continue with the eyeshadow application and, drawing small dashes, starting both from the tear duct and from the flick of the eye, we apply it in the fold between the mobile eyelid and the fixed eyelid.
Still using the same product, emphasise the lower lash line, highlighting the flick of the eye too. The DUO EYES TWIST UP eyeshadow has full colour, with a metallic finish. The texture is creamy, velvety and highly blendable. On this eye base, we create a multi-dimensional and super-metallic light reflection using SAVANNA 3D GOLD EYESHADOW. Its texture is surprisingly creamy and the product can be applied with your fingertips, to emphasise the 3D effect.
To give intensity to your eyes, use the kajal side of the SAVANNA DUO EYES TWIST UP, in the same shade used for the eye base. Its bold and highly-pigmented colour frames your eye, giving intensity to the look. For your lashes, why not choose the dramatic volume of the mascara in the VAMP! EXTREME range by Pupa Milano?
Sculpt your face and give your skin a naturally tanned effect with the SAVANNA BRONZE & HIGHLIGHTER in the Copper Sand colour, embellishing light reflections on your face with the highlighter, on your cheekbones, bridge of the nose, mouth and cupid’s bow.
To complete our Savanna look, we apply the LASTING COLOR GEL polish on our nails in the colour Dark Cocoa. An extra tip to decorate your summer nails? Apply Savanna Glittery Sand on your ring finger only, to embellish your manicure with touches of light. Watch the video-tutorial by Giorgio Forgani to find out how to create the Savanna make-up step by step.
The SAVANNA summer collection is set against an African backdrop, amongst the scorching earth and dusty rocks, perfectly representing the safari-colonial style with a new, contemporary twist. Lightweight textures come together with three-dimensional metallic finishes, giving a surprising sensory feel. Deep tones of brown and sand are combined with touches of khaki, and tobacco and rusty shades, that enhance bronzed skin in the sunny summer days. The appearance of the packaging in the collection also plays its part, with elegant graphics giving an ethnic flavour, enriched with three-dimensional, clean shapes and a sophisticated style.
SAVANNA DUO EYES TWIST UP, kajal – eyeliner & eyeshadow in a single product. The kajal eyeliner tip has an intense and highly-pigmented colour. The eyeliner frames your eye with a precise line, the kajal emphasises the look, giving spectacular intensity. The creamy and melting texture gives a “fluid sensation” on your eyelids and lash line. The eyeshadow side has full colour with a metallic finish. Its texture is creamy, velvety and highly blendable, without feeling sticky.
SAVANNA 3D GOLD EYESHADOW Pure Light Effect Eyeshadow. Its coverage is extreme, and the finish is super-metallic. It is radiant and multi-dimensional, with a “3D effect”. When applied on the facial features, it is perfect for recreating the chroming effect, the new technique used by make-up artists from overseas. Its texture is unexpectedly creamy and adheres perfectly.
